How to solve the luminosity of CO2 laser marking machine?


First, observe the discharge of the carbon dioxide laser marking machine (glass tube):

5 If the above process does not work, it is more important to check the reliability of the electrical wiring and try to update the relevant cables.


6 If the discharge is normal, the subsequent detection process is performed.

1 Check first, clean the light from the laser tube


2 Check if the light is normal by clicking the button. If not normal:


3 It may be necessary to attach a mA meter to the high voltage loop of the laser tube to observe the operating current of the laser tube.


4 Increase/decrease the control current of the laser power supply. If the operating current of the laser tube becomes larger/smaller, the light intensity of the laser tube does not change or is small, then the laser tube has the greatest possibility of failure.


5 If the operating current of the laser tube indicated by the mA meter is unstable, the possibility of laser power failure is the greatest.


6 If the operating current of the laser tube does not change or changes abnormally, then: the laser power supply, the possibility of failure of the main control board exists. According to the phenomenon, first try to replace one, and then replace one.


7 If the above operation is invalid, it should be checked: there is a multimeter to detect the output voltage and stability of the mains power supply and the switching power supply powered by the main board.


8 Focus on checking electrical wiring and cable faults, and reinforce the electrical wiring points once.


9 Try to replace the relevant wiring cable.


10 Try to replace the power supply (switching power supply) of the motherboard.
